Isabella Chan: Journalist

I am a driven, innovative producer with strong news judgment and quality decision-making skills. My strong work ethic ensures that I produce an organized, detailed show with original content. Whether that is building a unique block of stories or producing a segment on trending topics, I'm always looking for new ways to do something creative that will grab our audiences' attention.

Currently, I work at WTIC FOX61 in Hartford, CT. For the last two years, I have primarily produced the 8 A.M. morning show Monday - Friday. I produce segments regularly and line produce daily. I work well under pressure and managing breaking news. And I am constantly looking to have accurate, timely stories.

FOX61's Tim Lammers sat down with Jeff Bravin, the executive director of the American School for the Deaf. They spoke about the school's new campaign, "Lost in Translation." The campaign looks to build greater understanding and inclusion for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, mainly in health care and education, where they often feel left out and isolated.
